Thank you for your excellent service of the installation of our new furnace. The professional crew was excellent .. Hunter coming back to put in a new plate for the thermostat looks great. No hole from previous plate.
Arrival time at 9:30 was very fast. Tech checked system. Found problems. Service Manager came. Assessments were made. A new system was required. Measurements for sheet metal were made. Arrival at 1 or 1:30 for install was much appreciated. Over all experience was great. Happy Customers.
Service oriented company. My technician was friendly, competent, and let me know what products are available without being pushy.
Hunter was very polite and helpful in answering our questions. The office was very helpful in letting us know Hunter's arrival time.
Very professional and right on time for appointed time.
Great work, great explanation what was done when they finished.
They were the first company to respond to our weekend phone call, that was great. However, when the first Tech arrived, the only thing he seemed interested in was talking about all of the additional things we could buy, even a new furnace. The diagnostic lights on my furnace said that it had a bad limit switch, the $170 service call told me what I already knew - a bad limit switch. It look three days to arrive and a total of $520 to get it replaced.
Dan answered all our questions and we feel he did a very god job servicing our equipment
I will call them again for future needs
Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, found rust and corrosion in all chambers. No visible cracks found with camera. Checked, removed, and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Igniter tested ok. Checked and tightened electrical connections and clamps. Cleared drain line. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Preformed combustion test and found normal levels in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. Average life expectancy for this unit is 14 years. System is operating normal at this time, but future fail is expected. Job complete.
Performed a preferred customer fireplace cleaning. Wiped out and vacuumed the fireplace. Cleaned the pilot assembly. Cleaned the fireplace glass. Tested the fireplace. The fireplace is working at this time.
i removed the existing pilot assembly. I installed the new pilot assembly. I adjusted the sparker so there was a good spark. I lit the pilot and cycled the fireplace. The fireplace is working properly at this time.
Installed furnace and AC pressure tested AC.
Performed a preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the electrical. Cycled the furnace and performed a furnace combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Pkg clean and tune. Furnace. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Checked, removed and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked electrical connections and clamps. Tested levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. Normal levels found. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time.m Ac. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Capacitor and compressor tested ok. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found indoor coil temp was 38, subcooling was 9, indoor temp split was 17. Even with lower load conditions inside and outside, system operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Customer stated that the ac has not been cooling. When it first starts up, it cools but slows down after a bit. Also found some water under furnace. Filter was dirty, but clogged. Tested indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, found indications of leaks on coil. Cleared drain line. Cycled system. Checked electrical compartment. Capacitor tested ok. Contactor looks ok. Compressor tested low. Fan motor tested ok. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found indoor coil to be at 19 degrees, subcooling is at 20. Indoor temp split is 12. All the indications lead to leak in system. This causes indoor coil to freeze. This also causes damage to the compressor. Average life expectancy for this unit is 14 years. This system is 14 years old and very worn. Second opinion is recommended. System will not cool. Cleaning not done due to issues found. Job complete.
Performed the level 2 package cleaning. Furnace: Burners and ignition are showing signs of wear. Heat exchanger is very rusted and chipped. No cracks located in the heat exchanger and no CO detected in the air at this time. Combustion readings were normal. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 41°. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures were good. Subcool and temp split were 15°. I made note that the unit is starting to sink into the ground. This may be more difficult and expensive to fix in the future. All equipment is operating properly at this time. I recommended annual maintenance in order to keep an eye on everything concerning.
Was here for an air conditioner no cool. Found that a dirty filter was restricting air in the air handler. Found that the evaporator coil had some ice build up on it. The customer will run the fan to allow the coil to unfreeze. Set the customer up with a air conditioning cleaning. Office is to call to schedule an appointment.
Ac clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Found contactor and capacitors weak and low on test. Used coil cleaner on condenser. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Subcooling was 29, super heat was 11, temp split was 20. Average life of this unit is 14 years, this system is 22+ years old and in very poor condition. Future failure is expected. Owner does not want to do anything with this unit at this time. He is aware of the failure possibility. Job complete. Office to bill. Job complete.
Performed the level 2 package cleaning. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. High limit passed the safety check. Temp rise was 50°. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Subcool was 7° with an 18° temp split. All equipment is running properly.
Ac not cooling he tried turning it on a couple times at the breaker but it wouldn’t start. When we arrived we checked voltages and found only one leg of power going to the unit. When we tried to open up the disconnect to check voltages it sparked and smoked. When we got it open we found a breaker terminal broken. Turned off at the breaker inside and wire nutted it outside. Talked to the owner and he wants to replace the disconnect and he wants a cleaning done on the ac as well. Office will call to make the appoiments. Thanks Brad
Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the furnace. Checked the electrical. Cycled the furnace. Checked the gas pressure and performed a furnace combustion test. Did not find any issues. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Performed AC clean and tune; inspected the condenser electrical compartment and tested components, sprayed condenser with coil cleaner, cycled the system on and checked pressures and temps system was over charged I took out 12 ounces of refrigerant for a perfect subcool of 10 degrees, also made a fan adjustment to bring our temp split from 10 to 20 degrees. Job complete
No cool on the air conditioner. Tyler said it wasn’t blowing cold air and he noticed a chemical smell last week. I cycled the air conditioner. The blower motor turned on but the condenser wouldn’t run. I checked the wiring in the furnace. Found a loose wire for the air conditioner. I fixed the connection. The air conditioner is working and cooling now. I recommend having maintenance done to the air conditioner. Office will call to schedule that.
